WASHINGTON - CEO, MSW, LCSW, MDIV
Washington is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, ordained minister with a Master of Divinity, and CEO and owner of his own practice with over 40 years of expertise. Originally from Liberia, Africa, he brings a unique global perspective to his work, blending cultural awareness with decades of professional experience. He has dedicated his career to helping individuals and communities find their true voice in healing, growth, and resilience.
Blending clinical practice with leadership and ministry, Washington has worked across counseling, organizational, and faith-based settings. His extensive experience includes guiding individuals through life’s most difficult challenges. As a business owner and community leader, he is committed to building spaces that foster emotional wellness, spiritual strength, and empowerment.
As both a clinician and a leader, Washington empowers others through compassionate care, spiritual insight, and evidence-based practices. Whether in the therapy room or within the community, his mission is to inspire healing and cultivate lasting change.
SHELIA - MS, LCPC, NCC
Shelia is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She is also an ordained minister with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University’s School of Behavioral Science. She earned her bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a concentration in English from Ursuline College. Shelia has worked extensively with individuals facing serious mental illness, crisis, trauma, and grief.
Her career spans clinical, academic, and ministry environments, allowing her to bring a holistic, compassionate, and deeply empathetic approach to every space she serves. She is an Illinois and Missouri Supreme Court-approved divorce mediator, trained to support LGBTQ+ populations, and an active member of several national counseling associations.
Her specialties include crisis intervention, grief counseling, and therapy for both youth and older adults. Shelia brings a compassionate, faith-informed approach to every space she serves, helping others heal, grow, and thrive. She is dedicated to meeting individuals where they are with empathy, wisdom, and care.
